Drizzle Weather is an educational and informational weather platform designed for students, teachers, families, and schools. Our Services include live radar, weather alerts, educational lessons aligned to standards, and other features to make weather learning fun and safe.

To use our Services, you must be:
- At least 13 years old (or using with a parent/guardian’s permission if younger).
- A teacher, school official, student, or parent accessing for educational purposes.
- Not banned from using our Services under applicable law.

You agree not to:
- Use our Services for anything illegal or abusive.
- Try to access our code, servers, or systems in unauthorized ways (aka, don’t hack us).
- Use content from Drizzle Weather for commercial purposes without permission.
 

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

All content—lessons, quizzes, radar maps, videos, and alerts—are for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate data, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in forecasts or school-specific alerts. Always follow local authorities during severe weather.

Drizzle Weather may provide weather alerts and school delay/closure info based on publicly available data or user input. These are intended to supplement, not replace, official communication from your school or district.

Some parts of our Services may be offered for a fee. If you choose to subscribe, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

All Drizzle Weather content (logos, lesson materials, designs, etc.) is owned by Drizzle Communications LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the Services at any time.

Our Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about the reliability or availability of our content or weather data. Use at your own risk (and keep your umbrella handy).

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Drizzle Weather and its team are not liable for damages resulting from your use—or inability to use—our Services, including indirect or incidental damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know (via the app, email, or website). Your continued use of the Services means you accept the new Terms.
