Safety First

All Edible Weather experiments use kid-safe, allergy-conscious ingredients.
Ingredient lists are provided in advance, and schools/families are encouraged to review for dietary needs.
No heat or sharp tools are required for experiments, unless otherwise specified and supervised.

Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer

Substitutions (seed butters, dairy-free alternatives, gluten-free swaps) are available upon request.
Before each experiment, we ask about any student allergies.
Final responsibility for reviewing student allergies rests with the hosting school/parent.

Liability & Coverage

Drizzle Weather maintains general liability insurance for school programs and events.
Certificates of Insurance (COI) can be provided to districts upon request.
All facilitators complete background checks and comply with district visitor/vendor requirements.

COVID/Health Protocols

All materials are individually portioned when possible.
Handwashing/hand-sanitizer use is encouraged before participation.
