Sales & Outreach Coordinator
Are you a people person who can open doors and close deals? Drizzle Weather is looking for a Sales & Outreach Coordinator to connect our fun, STEM-powered weather programs with schools, camps, and conferences across the country.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and contact schools, districts, and camps by email and phone.
- Pitch Drizzle Weather programs and secure bookings.
- Build relationships with administrators, PTO/PTA leaders, and education organizations.
- Track outreach, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Collaborate with Jason Frazer to grow Drizzle Weather’s presence.
You Are:
- A confident communicator who loves networking and persuasion.
- Comfortable with phone calls, cold outreach, and follow-ups.
- Organized and goal-driven, with an eye for opportunities.
- Experienced in sales, education, or event booking (bonus if you’ve worked with schools).
- You're a people person who understands what the client needs are and how we can best fulfill them.
- Determined and understand that each No gets you closer to a YES.
- Located and/or have significant experience in the NY/NJ/CT/MA education markets.
Content Editor & Social Media Producer
Want to help make STEM go viral? Drizzle Weather is looking for a creative Content Editor & Social Media Producer to turn our weather lessons, assemblies, and experiments into must-watch content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
What You’ll Do:
- Edit video clips from assemblies, lessons, and podcasts into short-form content.
- Create fun, engaging posts using static images, graphics, and captions.
- Manage a posting calendar to grow our followers to 100K+.
- Work with Jason to brainstorm viral concepts and trending hooks.
- Help build brand deals, sponsorships, and merch through social reach.
You Are:
- Skilled with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
- Social media savvy (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and know what trends, sounds, and formats work.
- Able to create content fast without sacrificing quality.
- Passionate about education, kid’s content, or science communication.
- Creative and don't believe in following what the competition is doing.
Operations & Admin Assistant
Drizzle Weather is growing fast, and we need someone to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for a highly organized multitasker who loves making order out of chaos.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage scheduling, contracts, and invoicing for school bookings.
- Coordinate logistics for events, travel, and supplies.
- Handle emails, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Support the sales and social team with organization and communication.
You Are:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A clear communicator with professional email etiquette.
- Experienced with scheduling, invoicing, or admin tools.
- An overall good person who doesn't mind the periodic Dad joke from Jason.
